Rooms are ready by 2:00 P.M. Check-out 10:30 A.M.
All prices are for rooms and complimentary continental Breakfast. State of Maine 7 percent sales tax will be added. Registered guests can use the facilities (seasonal pool, hot tub, parking, seasonal outdoor shower, changing room) on the day of check-in and up to 5PM on day of check-out. Sorry, no pets allowed. Children under 8 stay free; additional charges are as follows:
Extra Person...each $10
Rollaway Bed w/extra person...$15
Crib/Rollaway Bed...$10

Reservations

Specific room reservations cannot be guaranteed. Room preference will be given every consideration and will be honored as closely as possible.

During summer months we cannot accept one-day reservations for Saturdays; however, space will be sold for single nights when availability allows. During holiday weekends, a two-night minimum applies; however, space will be sold for shorter periods when availability allows.

Advanced Deposits

All confirmations are subject to our receipt of a one day deposit, with the balance paid upon check-in. Deposits are refundable if cancellation notice is received by us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express and Travelers Checks. All funds must be in U.S. currency. Personal checks will be honored if received for payment 15 days prior to arrival.
